In La Colline aux Feux Follets (FR), a cooperative game for kids, sorcerer's apprentices race down an enchanted hill to reach the enchanter Elias while four witches lurk close behind. On your turn, you pick one of the six tracks on the tilted board and let a will-o'-the-wisp, a colored marble, roll down. Wherever it touches a figure, that figure moves ahead to the next space of its color. The way the marbles bounce is pure magic!

This racing game is played as a team: you need to bring enough apprentices down to Elias before the last witch reaches him. You can also play it solo. Games are short, the components invite hands-on play, and kids quickly understand how the marbles drive the action.

La Colline aux Feux Follets (FR) is for you if you want a game for ages 5 and up where everyone wins together, where dexterity and observation matter, and where you want to play again right away. Parents can play with their kids on equal footing, since everyone teams up against the witches.

Fun fact: this game won the Kinderspiel des Jahres 2022, one of the most prestigious awards for children's games. It also received the 2022 Tric Trac d'Or Enfant and the 2022 Swiss Gamers Award Kids, and it was nominated for the 2023 As d'Or - Jeu de l'Année Enfant.

The game is designed by Jens-Peter Schliemann and Bernhard Weber, with illustrations by Annette Nora Kara and Clem Newter.
