📦 IMPORTANT: Our orders are not shipped through Canada Post.
Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally shipped within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day.
Free shipping: Shipping fees are fully covered by L’As des jeux for orders of $99 or more before taxes.
A $13.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $99 (excluding GST and QST).
A $19.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $200 (excluding GST and QST) for addresses located outside Quebec and Ontario.
Orders shipped to addresses outside our local delivery area will be sent within 3 to 5 business days and may incur additional delivery fees depending on the order’s weight and distance.
Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items, remote delivery areas, or if the customer requests a shipping method different from the one used by L’As des jeux.
Orders will be delivered once payment has been completed and the product is available.
Local Deliveries (Gatineau and Surrounding Areas)
Orders placed before 4 p.m. are usually delivered within 48 hours.
We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Delivery areas include: Gatineau, Aylmer, Hull, Buckingham, Cantley, Val-des-Monts, L’Ange-Gardien, Luskville, Chelsea, Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette, Pontiac, Quyon, La Pêche, Thurso, and Denholm.
In-Store Pickup (Free)
Free in-store pickup is available for all orders. Pickups are done at our Gatineau location:

When you select the “Pickup” option at checkout, your order will be prepared and you’ll receive an email confirming when it’s ready for pickup.
Pre-Order Shipments
If your cart contains a pre-order item, please note that your order will only be shipped once ALL items are available.
Delivery times may therefore extend over several weeks—or even months—depending on product availability.
To know the estimated arrival date of a pre-order item, please check the product page. The date is always approximate and may change without notice due to distribution factors.
Refunds / Returns
Exchanges or refunds may be made within two weeks of purchase. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, though customers may request additional insurance coverage at their own expense.
All items purchased on sale or clearance are FINAL SALE.
No refunds or returns are accepted for pre-owned games or for items that are no longer in their original packaging.
