Refunds / Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase date for new, regularly priced items, with proof of purchase.
Any item purchased on sale or clearance is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Pre-owned games, gift boxes, and items whose original packaging has been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages During Delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. However, additional insurance can be purchased at the customer’s request for an extra fee.
Return Procedure
Contact our customer service team (commandes@asdesjeux.com) to notify us and receive return instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method as the original order.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and verifying the return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
