This entry in the series designed by Alan R. Moon keeps the formula that made it famous: collect and play train car cards to place your trains on the board and connect the cities shown on your destination tickets. The board weaves in tunnels and ferry routes that require a set number of Locomotives to claim; in Nordic Countries you can also draw as many Locomotives as you like on your turn, a freedom rare elsewhere in the series.
