Sitting cross-legged in the middle of a festive fairground coming alive at dusk, an endearing clown with a big red nose and a wild mop of curly red-orange hair smiles gently. His eyes, ringed in blue face paint, sparkle beneath his makeup, and his polka-dot jacket, striped bow tie, and green pants give him all the charm of a classic circus character. Wearing pink-and-orange striped boots and white gloves, he holds three balloons - green, magenta, and orange - floating gently above the scene. Beside him, a loyal dog, a shaggy terrier in white with brown and black patches, tongue out and wearing a red collar with a golden bell, looks just as delighted by the festivities.
