Room Share (FR) throws you into a lively urban setting where shared apartments are the key to success. In this fast-paced card game, you play as a real estate agent trying to place tenants efficiently to maximize savings. Each apartment can hold exactly three roommates. Add a fourth and the landlord steps in, evicting everyone and triggering chain reactions across the board. The game focuses on area control, timing and player interaction. Every move matters, and no plan is ever completely safe. With simple rules and constant twists, Room Share delivers a highly interactive party game experience with real tactical depth.
You will enjoy Room Share if you like short, punchy games with constant interaction, clever blocking and surprising reversals. It is easy to teach, quick to play and ideal for game nights with friends or family.
An interesting feature of Room Share is its cascading eviction system, which creates unpredictable board states and high replay value while keeping the game accessible to all skill levels.
Designed by Mr. Kou Kamoto and illustrated by Yuka Takahara and Makoto Takami, Room Share combines clean design with colorful visuals that enhance its lighthearted yet competitive atmosphere.
