On the box of Pieces of Evidence 1 - The Last Voyage, a two-deck excursion boat named Jolly Floaters Ltd glides down a calm river lined with dark green forest under an overcast sky. Aboard, a group of older passengers celebrate loudly: arms raised, drinks in hand, big smiles and laughter, while a dog enjoys the ride too, caught up in this boisterous cruise. On the side of the box, though, a looming dark silhouette watches over the whole scene, hinting that trouble is brewing behind this cheerful outing. As the box itself puts it: don't puzzle what you see, complete the puzzles to solve the crime.

This set is the first episode of a brand new mystery series: three complementary puzzles of 500, 500 and 1000 pieces (2000 pieces in total) retrace, step by step, the events leading up to this infamous last voyage. Each stage relies on a different Wasgij mechanic, the brand's signature twist where the picture you assemble never shows what you think you're seeing, but rather what happened before, what's hidden behind the scene, or what comes next. Two clue booklets come with the set, featuring Inspector Wasgij's investigation notes and case file, to guide the player-detective through each stage of this detective investigation.
