In Naruto Ninja Arena, all players throw their dice at the same time, as fast as they can, to trigger their techniques and chain attacks before their rivals do. This real-time dice game runs on pure adrenaline: no turns, no downtime, just a simultaneous battle where one lucky combo can flip the fight. Damage piles up, wounds rain down, and ninjas fall one by one until only the last ninja standing remains in the arena.

Naruto Ninja Arena is the very first game to use the Roll & Clash system, a real-time dice mechanic that later inspired other licensed games. A round lasts only 15 minutes, but the intensity is total: just like in the anime, every ninja has to manage damage, K.O.s, and the risk of flat-out elimination before the dust settles over the Chunin arena.

The game was designed by the Kaedama collective together with Antoine Bauza, Corentin Lebrat, Ludovic Maublanc, and Theo Riviere. Bauza is well known among board game fans for creating 7 Wonders, Hanabi, and Takenoko, while Maublanc notably designed Cash'n Guns: a design team used to crafting fast, accessible experiences, which shows here in the arena's relentless pace.
