In Médiévallons (FR), the beloved monarch has passed away, leaving the kingdom without a ruler. Players compete to establish influential guilds, dominate the capital, and ultimately claim the crown. Success requires careful planning, clever timing, and the ability to outmaneuver rival contenders.

Each turn, players draw a guild card and face an important decision. They may play the card for its powerful effect, start a new guild to advance toward victory, or strengthen an existing guild to make it harder for opponents to disrupt. Every choice creates new opportunities and new risks.

The objective is to complete three guilds, each made up of three matching cards. However, opponents can interfere with your plans. If a guild falls below three members due to another player's action, the entire guild returns to its owner's hand. This creates an engaging balance between expanding quickly and defending what you have already built.
