Turn after turn, you recruit samurai heroes, draft and play powerful orders to build your engine, then deploy your troops across a hexagonal board to seize villages, shrines and watchtowers. Every act of territorial control earns resources and influence, but holding the citadel of Toshi Ranbo itself is what will tip the war. Seven different victory objectives - from capturing the castle to completing secret missions - offer just as many paths to glory, while the custom battle dice settle the tensest clashes.

Gunsen unfolds in the world of the Legend of the Five Rings, born in 1995 as a collectible card game before becoming a cult roleplaying game and, later, a series of board games.
