Dixit: Signature Booster - Villains (ML)
- In stock, ready to ship
The greatest Disney and Pixar villains escape their own stories to settle into the dreamlike world of Dixit. This card booster Signature - Villains adds 21 new illustrated cards to your collection, each one enhanced with a foil effect that makes the scenes shimmer under the light. The familiar silhouettes from Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King and 101 Dalmatians are reimagined into mysterious scenes, somewhere between a nightmare and a fairy tale, right in the poetic spirit that made the series a hit. This expansion slides straight into your base box: it is compatible with the whole Dixit range, whether you own Dixit, Dixit Disney or Dixit Odyssey, giving you more images to tell stories with and keeping every board game night fresh and surprising.
You will probably love Dixit: Signature - Villains if you already own a copy of Dixit and want to refresh the cards you draw during game night, if the dark, enchanted look of the great Disney villains sounds appealing, or if you want to give a themed add-on to someone already hooked on Dixit without handing them an entire new box.
Fun fact: this booster launches the brand new Dixit Signature line, released the very same day as a second volume devoted this time to mystery and adventure, two very different ways to set the mood for each game night.
The 21 scenes were created by illustrator James Rey Sanchez, who lends his style here to the great Disney and Pixar villains. Dixit remains the original creation of Jean-Louis Roubira, whose storytelling spirit keeps living on in every new expansion of the series, year after year.
Like every expansion in the series, Signature - Villains cannot be played on its own: you will need a copy of Dixit, Dixit: Disney Edition or Dixit: Odyssey already at home to welcome these new cards.
