In Cthulhu Realms, players enter the terrifying world of the Cthulhu Mythos, where cultists, eldritch monsters, forbidden artifacts, and ancient locations become the tools of a relentless battle for sanity. Based on the acclaimed Star Realms system, this deck-building game delivers fast-paced strategic duels with a dark Lovecraftian twist.

Each player begins with a small starting deck containing initiates, goons, and followers. Throughout the game, new cards become available to strengthen your deck with terrifying creatures, mysterious locations, powerful artifacts, and devastating abilities. Every purchase opens new strategic possibilities and stronger card combinations.

Your objective is to drive your opponents into madness by reducing their sanity while protecting your own. Cards generate conjuring power, restore sanity, remove weaker cards from your deck, or unleash devastating attacks. Clever card synergies reward careful planning and efficient deck construction.

Games are quick, highly interactive, and constantly evolving as the available card pool changes throughout play. If only one player remains sane, they immediately win. Otherwise, when the main deck is exhausted, the player with the highest remaining sanity claims victory.
