In Clue - Discover the Secrets, a deduction game with a glossy, modern-day thriller feel, you step into the shoes of one of six guests and roam a thoroughly modern mansion built around a central pool, hunting for every clue you can find. Nine unusual weapons, from the baseball bat to the trophy, the poison and the rope, and nine rooms to explore await as you try to piece together the weapon, the room and the culprit before anyone else does. Every guest also hides a special power, usable once per game, that can tip the investigation in your favor at the most unexpected moment.

This edition thoroughly reinvents the 1949 classic: the weapon count grows from six to nine, the rooms take on a decidedly contemporary look built around a swimming pool, and a brand new Intrigue card mechanic keeps even the most confident investigators guessing. The six original suspects are still here, now leading distinctly modern lives just waiting to be exposed.

The game's original mechanics trace back to Anthony E. Pratt, who created Cluedo in 1949, and this modernized edition also carries the signature of Rob Daviau, a designer well known for Legacy-style games such as Risk Legacy and Pandemic Legacy.
