12 Rivers is a strategic yet approachable board game set in a mythical land where nature and tribes coexist in harmony. Players lead one of four tribes, sending warriors to camp along twelve rivers flowing from a mystical mountain lake. Your goal is to collect magical colored pearls as they travel downstream, using clever worker placement and timing to secure the best resources. Placing higher upstream grants earlier and more valuable pearls, but at a higher cost, while downstream placements offer efficiency with added uncertainty.

Played over five rounds, each round culminates in a satisfying moment where pearls are released and physically roll down the rivers, creating dynamic interactions and tactical opportunities. Collected pearls are stored on your alpaca before being delivered to villagers to score points and complete bonus objectives. With fairy tokens, camp cards and multiple scoring paths, 12 Rivers offers strong replayability and engaging decisions throughout.
