New York City is burning under a wave of organized crime, and it's everyday people who pay the price. Fear No Evil (FR), the ninth campaign expansion for Marvel Champions LCG, drops you into the dark alleys of Hell's Kitchen, where only street-level heroes can still make a difference. This box kicks off a brand-new wave centered on the Defenders, the more grounded heroes who prefer back-alley brawls to cosmic showdowns.

For the very first time in Marvel Champions LCG, step into the shoes of Daredevil, the Man Without Fear of Hell's Kitchen, whose superhuman senses make up for his blindness and turn him into a fearsome creature of the night. Echo, aka Maya Lopez, joins the fight too, using a photographic memory that lets her mimic any fighting style she witnesses. Both heroes arrive with a pre-built deck that's ready to play the moment you open the box, so you can dive straight into the action without spending time deck-building.

Six brand-new scenarios await, featuring Kingpin and a lineup of his most dangerous underlings, including Bullseye, Electro, and Purple Man. Five of these scenarios mix and match freely with different villains, multiplying the possible combinations and extending the campaign's replay value. Play each mission on its own for a spontaneous game night with friends, or chain them together in the order of your choice for an evolving campaign that culminates in a final face-off against the crime lord himself.

Fear No Evil is for you if you're already a fan of the Marvel Champions LCG core set and you're looking to mix up the heroes and villains without switching game systems. Daredevil fans and anyone who loves the grittier, street-level side of the comics will especially enjoy this gang war, a nice change of pace from the series' usual cosmic storylines. Like other campaign expansions, it requires the core set to play, but it packs enough content for several cooperative game nights with friends.

Fear No Evil marks a long-awaited moment for fans of the Man Without Fear: it's the very first time Daredevil becomes a playable hero in Marvel Champions LCG. This expansion is also the game's ninth campaign and the first one built entirely around the Defenders, a more grounded group of heroes who protect their neighborhood rather than the galaxy. It also breaks the mold with six scenarios instead of the usual five, five of which can be paired with different villains of your choice to change up every playthrough.

This campaign was designed by Frank Brooks, Tony Fanchi, and Aaron Haltom, who deliver a tighter story built around organized crime rather than the series' usual cosmic supervillains.

Like any campaign expansion, Fear No Evil can't be played on its own: it requires the French-language Marvel Champions: The Card Game core set to work, since the base rules, tokens, and core mechanics aren't repeated here.
