Everdell Emerland Collector's Edition (EN)

Discover Everdell Emerland, a brand new standalone chapter in the Everdell universe that takes you deep into the tropical jungles west of the valley, in the land of Emerland. This vibrant country, known for its artistic and musical culture, also hides immense riches: precious gems mined from its underground caverns and the remains of a long lost ancient civilization. In this resource management game, you send your tiny critter workers to various spots on the board to gather resources, then use them to play cards that build your own jungle city. Each turn comes down to one of six possible actions: worker placement (alone or with the help of a helper), placing a helper, playing a card, using an artisan card, excavating with your archaeologist, or preparing for the next season. The game ends once every player has made it through spring and can no longer take any actions: whoever has scored the most points wins.

You will surely enjoy Everdell Emerland if you already fell for the original strategy board game and want to explore a brand new corner of that universe, if you love fine tuning resource management to optimize every turn, or if you are after a solo game that feels just as satisfying alone thanks to its fully built in solo mode. Everdell Emerland is the third entry in the "Edge of the Map" spin off series, following Everdell Farshore and Everdell Silverfrost, each inviting players to explore a new region at the edges of the original valley. The project first launched on Kickstarter, where it quickly rallied a large community of fans eager to revisit Everdell's cozy atmosphere in a brand new tropical jungle setting. This edition also introduces a new character, the archaeologist, along with upgradable double sided cards that let certain buildings evolve as the game progresses.

The design comes from James A. Wilson and Clarissa A. Wilson, the duo behind the original Everdell, who return here with a new adventure set in their now beloved forest universe. The artwork is by David Forest and Lina Cossette, who bring to life the fastidious insects and tiny critters that populate the jungles of Emerland.
