We are in 64 AD. AD, during the days following the great fire of Rome. Now we have to rebuild everything! 1-4 players will battle it out by rolling dice, drawing, and conquering in order to restore this grand city to its former glory!

Rome & Roll (vf) is a “roll & write” strategic game in which you play an influential character, from the merchant to the military leader through the high official. All asymmetrical, these characters offer many strategic possibilities to gain the advantage over your opponents.

Gain influence and become Emperor Nero's advisor!
By rebuilding the city, you will also increase your own notoriety. In this very interactive game, the most influential player at the end of the game will become Emperor Nero's main adviser, and therefore the second most powerful character in Rome!

Over the course of the game, you'll build a pool of specific dice to scavenge and trade resources, construct buildings on Rome's seven hills, raise legions to re-establish hold over rebellious colonies, and renovate the Roman road network to connect them to the Eternal City.

You'll draw directly on the erasable trays to record your results and keep track of your progress in Nero's favors. Political alliances and the gods themselves will have a role to play in helping you rebuild Rome and defeat your enemies.
