Eternal Sevens (FR) is a modern reinterpretation of the classic card game Sevens (Fan-Tan), where every turn comes down to a deceptively simple choice: play a card or pass. But beware, passes are limited, and a player who exceeds the limit without being able to play is eliminated! You must constantly decide whether to shed your cards or hold one back to trap your opponents.

In the Eternal World, a universe filled with mythical creatures, you extend number sequences on the table. Passing is not just a way to dodge: it is an action that can trigger effects. Playing a 2 or a 9 also activates a special effect that affects you or every player. Two paths lead to victory: empty your hand or earn stars by completing a horizontal sequence. Waiting for the right moment becomes a formidable strategy.

The game offers two modes. Casual Mode is a streamlined, modern take on Sevens, perfect for learning in a few minutes. In Gamer Mode, each player chooses a character after receiving their hand, and each character changes the effects of passing as well as how victory points and stars are earned. Games of 15 to 40 minutes make it a great quick board game for friends or family.

Eternal Sevens is for you if you love card games where hand management, bluffing and good timing make all the difference, if you grew up on classic shedding games and want to give them a real breath of fresh air, or if you want a game that plays as well with 2 as with 4 players (it shines especially at 4).

Fun fact: passes, often a mere admission of weakness in shedding games, become a tactical resource here. The game is based on the traditional Japanese rules of Sevens and takes place in the same universe as Eternal Decks.
