Nimalia is a drafting and card-placement game where you build your very own animal sanctuary. Each turn, you get 3 cards, place one and pass the others. Every card shows 4 biomes, and each biome is home to an animal. When you place a card, you must cover AT LEAST one biome already in play, and your whole sanctuary has to fit inside a 6 by 6 grid.
Nimalia is for you if you love animals, visual puzzles and quick games that slip easily into a travel bag.
The game is designed by William Liévin, with illustrations by Pauline Détraz. It was first published by La Boîte de Jeu, then brought to English by Lucky Duck Games.
