This time, the journey leads through the explosive car race of Heat, the ancient wonders of 7 Wonders, and the fortified landscapes of Carcassonne, each reimagined as a captivating puzzle to solve as a team. Seated around the table with nothing but cards and a free companion app, you search locations, combine objects, and crack clues to move the story forward before time runs out. Each adventure has its own pace, twists, and way of pulling you back into the universe that inspired it, even if you have never played the original game.

Unlock! New Game Adventures is for you if you love escape rooms but would rather play them comfortably at home, if you enjoy puzzles solved as a team, or if the idea of rediscovering Heat, 7 Wonders, and Carcassonne from a whole new angle makes you smile. All three scenarios, playable from 1 to 6 players, work just as well for a night with friends as for a focused solo session.

Fun fact: the three games that inspired this box are among the most decorated of their generation. Carcassonne won the prestigious Spiel des Jahres in 2001, while 7 Wonders received the very first Kennerspiel des Jahres in 2011. Exploring their universes through an Unlock! puzzle is a fresh way to pay tribute to them.

The Unlock! series is created by Cyril Demaegd, also behind other boxes in the same system such as Legendary Adventures and Extraordinary Adventures. For this release, the three adventures were brought to life by Vincent Dutrait (Heat), Paul Verite (7 Wonders), and Cyrille Bertin (Carcassonne).

To play, you'll need to download the free Unlock! app on your phone or tablet (iOS or Android); once installed, no internet connection is required during play.
