A crime has been committed in Hautpelage, and every suspect has a story to tell... but who is lying? In Le Coupable est... Carnivore! (FR), you take on the role of detectives tasked with cross-examining contradictory testimonies to unmask the culprit or culprits. There is no room for luck or bluffing: each of the 2000 cases hides exactly one solution, and only your logic will help you find it. Facing a colorful circle of suspects led by a fox in a trench coat, you will need to cross-reference clues, spot the lies, and follow the constraints (number of liars, number of culprits) all the way to certainty.

You will probably love Le Coupable est... Carnivore if you are hooked on Einstein-style logic puzzles, if you thrive on riddles solved through pure deduction, or if you are looking for a smart yet approachable solo game. Playable solo, in co-op, or even in a competitive mode where everyone investigates on their own, it fits both game nights with friends and quiet solo thinking sessions.

With 2000 different cases and a difficulty curve that climbs up to seven suspects and layered reasoning, the replay value is huge. A clever little touch: once you have settled on a solution, simply slide the red-filtered magnifying glass over the case file and the real culprit's number magically appears. A campaign mode also links eight cases together, with a time limit and a star-based scoring system, for groups who want to push the experience further.

The game is signed by designer duo Daumilas Ardickas and Urtis Šulinskas, joined by illustrator Cecilia "Lonnie" Petrucci, who brings this colorful cast of animal suspects to life.
