The game of the year 2017 returns in a new set of 3 thrilling adventures!
Unlock! is a cooperative card game system inspired by escape rooms.
Escape rooms are rooms from which you must escape in less than 60 minutes.
Unlock! makes you live these experiences at home, around a table.
After learning the background of the scenario, you begin your adventure in a room (a location card that shows various numbers). Search it for items! Warning: some may be hidden!
You can combine objects to achieve results:
For example, card "11" is a key and card "35" is a door.
11+35 = 46: Look for card 46 in the deck.
Is she there? The key opens the door: turn over the card and advance in the adventure!
Otherwise, the key is not correct.
Warning: it happens that associations result in penalties (an electric cable - card "22" - with a puddle - card "75" - could give the card "97"... a short circuit which would save time!).
Visual or audio puzzles slow down your progress... it's up to you to cooperate with your partners to move forward and finish on time!
The free Unlock! app, compatible with Android and iOS phones and tablets, is required to play. It allows you to obtain clues, to locate hidden objects, but also to enter the codes discovered. It also contributes to the atmosphere with its music dedicated to each adventure, its audio puzzles, its terrible penalties and its fatal countdown!
The Unlock box! Mystery Adventures contains three independent adventures:
The House on the Hill.
What's going on in this dilapidated mansion? Explore sinister rooms and overcome the curse that haunts these desolate places.
Nautilus traps.
Chased by a sea monster during a dive, you discover a shelter by opening an old hatch. Find a way to get to the surface!
Tonipal's treasure.
Captain Smith hid his treasure on the island of Tonipal. Dig up the hoard before another treasure hunter gets their hands on it!
It also contains a 10-card tutorial (author: Cyril Demaegd, illustrator: Arnaud Demaegd) which allows you to play without reading the rules.
Unlock! Mystery Adventures is an independent game box: it is not necessary to have played or to own Unlock! Escape Adventures (voted Golden Ace-Game of the Year 2017) to play.
