The Chameleon (EN)

In The Chameleon, a bluffing and deduction party game, everyone knows the secret word... except one player. At the start of each round, everyone gets a code card, then two dice are rolled to find the exact square of the secret word on the topic card, which shows 16 related words (countries, foods, jobs and more). The Chameleon has no idea which of those 16 words is the right one.
In turn, each player says a single word related to the secret word. Too vague, and the Chameleon blends right in; too obvious, and the Chameleon figures it out. After the clue round, everyone votes on who looks suspicious. If the Chameleon is caught, they get one last chance to guess the secret word and turn the game around. It is a fast bluffing game full of laughs and suspicious glances.
You will probably enjoy The Chameleon if you are looking for an easy-to-teach party game that plays in about 15 minutes and brings 3 to 8 people around the table. The rules take a few minutes to learn, and game nights with friends or family (with teens) quickly become memorable. It is a great pick for fans of deduction games and word games who like to bluff without taking themselves too seriously.
The game was designed by Rikki Tahta, who also shares illustration credits with Ben Drummond, Luis Francisco and Zoe Lee. No complicated setup: take out the cards, roll the dice and you are off!
