Slip into the role of a member of the Order of the Phoenix or a Death Eater and race across Hogwarts in Talisman: Harry Potter, an adaptation of the classic adventure game Talisman set in the world of the young wizard. The circular board takes you from Diagon Alley to the gates of the school, through the Forbidden Forest and the classrooms, before a final showdown in the Great Hall against Lord Voldemort. Along the way, play as one of eight iconic characters - Harry Potter, Minerva McGonagall, Rubeus Hagrid, Albus Dumbledore, Draco Malfoy, Lucius Malfoy, Bellatrix Lestrange, or Peter Pettigrew - and gather Items, Spells, and Followers to boost your Magic and Might. Once you reach the center of the board, a choice awaits: present a Deathly Hallow to Voldemort as a loyal Death Eater, or use it to bring him down once and for all.

Talisman: Harry Potter is for you if you dream of reliving the atmosphere of the book series around the table, if you enjoy board games where luck and random encounters matter as much as strategy, and if you are looking for a game that can bring together up to six players for a long evening with friends. Fans of the original Talisman will find a proven game system, this time dressed in the colors of Hogwarts.

The original Talisman first appeared in 1983 and has gone through several editions over the decades, along the way inspiring licensed spin-offs such as a Batman edition released in 2019, before making its way into the world of the young wizard. According to player votes on BoardGameGeek, the game is rated as especially satisfying with four players, though it plays just as well with two or six.

This edition builds on the system originally designed by Robert Harris, later refined with John Goodenough for the revised edition of Talisman that this version is based on. The duo is behind one of the most reprinted and most copied adventure games in the history of modern board gaming.
