The games in the Bazaar L'As des jeux are pre-played. They have been inspected by one of our gaming experts and are certified 'Complete'. Some minor imperfections may be found, such as slight wear on the box or certain game pieces.
In Take it Easy! XXL, every player receives the exact same tiles in the exact same order. The challenge lies not in luck, but in how effectively you place them to create the highest-scoring network.
Each turn, a hexagonal tile is revealed and every player places that tile somewhere on their personal board. At first, the choices seem easy. As the board fills up, however, every placement becomes increasingly important and difficult.
Your objective is to create long uninterrupted lines of matching colours that stretch from one side of the board to the other. The longer the completed line, the more points it is worth. However, a single interruption completely cancels that line, making careful planning essential.
Easy to learn and deeply satisfying to master, Take it Easy! XXL is a classic abstract strategy game that rewards optimization, foresight, and smart decision-making. Because every player uses the same pieces, success depends entirely on strategic choices rather than chance.
You will enjoy Take it Easy! XXL if you like puzzles, abstract games, and challenges where everyone starts with identical opportunities. Its simultaneous play and straightforward rules make it accessible to families while remaining engaging for experienced gamers.
Interesting fact: designed by Peter Burley, Take it Easy! is widely considered one of the earliest inspirations for many modern roll-and-write and flip-and-write games. Its innovative shared-information system has influenced countless titles released over the years.
Peter Burley created an elegant design that remains popular decades after its release thanks to its perfect balance between simplicity and strategic depth.
