RABATZ (pré-joué) (ML)

The games in the L'As des jeux Bazar are pre-played games. They have been inspected by one of our game experts and are certified "Complete." You may find some minor imperfections, such as light wear on the box or on certain game components.

A dark attic, cobwebs, and a gang of monsters who have each brought an instrument for the night-time concert: welcome to RaBATz!, a children's card game where sharp eyes and a good memory make all the difference. On your turn, you play a card in front of you and it covers the previous one. The monsters slowly disappear under the pile, so you have to remember who has already performed on which stage.

As soon as you spot three identical monsters in a player's pile, grab the figure in the middle of the table and name the monster and the owner of the pile! If you are right, you win the cards. If you are wrong, the pile's owner keeps them. After the first trio, the search changes: flip the figure and now you need to find three identical musical instruments, alternating with monsters. At the end of the game, the player who has collected the most monsters wins.

RaBATz! is for you if you are looking for a quick and silly memory game to share with the family, with kids aged 6 and up. You will probably enjoy this game if you like fast-reaction games and observation games such as Halli Galli or Memory-style games, and if you want a game that fits on a small table and wraps up in about twenty minutes.

Good to know: the box says 2 to 4 players, but the game is more thrilling with 3 or 4, when the piles multiply and everyone's attention is put to the test.

RaBATz! was designed by Carlo A. Rossi, author of family and children's games, and illustrated by Patricia Limberger, who brought this cheerful band of musician monsters to life.
