Q System serie - Sherlock : La tombe de l'archéologue (FR) sends you to London in 1923, into a puzzling case: Sir Edward Carter, a renowned archaeologist, has been found dead. A famous Inca statuette appears to be at the centre of the mystery. Ancient curse or very human crime? You and your detective team must sort facts, connect clues, and build a convincing theory.
In this deduction game, every card is a potential clue. On your turn, you decide whether to reveal a card to the team or discard it face down because it may only confuse the investigation. The twist: you can discuss, but only using the allowed keywords, making every choice tense and meaningful. At the end, you answer the case questions, and your score depends on how well you kept useful clues and discarded distractions.
You will likely enjoy Q System Sherlock La tombe de l'archéologue if you want a fast, clever, narrative cooperative game for mystery night, solo play, or a group that loves debating theories, spotting details, and testing deductions.
Interesting fact: the Sherlock series is the first trilogy in the Q System line. Each case is designed as a compact mystery experience, best rediscovered by introducing it to new players once you know the solution.
The Q System series was designed by Josep Izquierdo and Marti Lucas, originally published by GDM Games, with the French edition from Geek Attitude Games. The French edition artwork is credited to Alba Aragon.
