Fool! (FR) (also sold under its Spanish name, Pardillo) is a breakneck trick-taking card game where the goal is as simple as it is ruthless: get rid of all your cards before everyone else. You do not need to win every trick - in fact, the opposite: you just need to play a card on every turn to stay in the race. But watch out for the lowest card of a trick: playing it makes you the Fool, and you must then pass your next turn without being able to shed a single card. With its bright colors, its wacky little characters, and rounds that welcome 4 to 8 players at once, Fool! is a party game built for big tables. As soon as a player empties their hand, the count begins: the cards left in everyone else's hands turn into negative points, and the game ends the moment a player hits -80 points, with victory going to whoever has the best score.

You will probably love Fool! if you are after a fast, easy-to-learn card game that can welcome a large group - a rare find in the board game world. Tables of 5 or 6 players get the most out of the twists and turns, but the mechanic holds up just as well all the way to 8 players.
