Legendary Inventors (pré-joué) (EN)

Lead a team of four history-making geniuses in Legendary Inventors, a strategy game for 2 to 5 players where everyone competes to patent the most significant inventions in technological progress. From fire to the electric light bulb, from Aristotle to Einstein, each age brings more complex inventions to complete. On your turn, you send one of your inventors to work on an invention by applying their skills, then mark your contribution with colored cubes, or you take a break to make all your inventors available again. When an invention is finished, the three players who contributed the most reap the rewards: you can patent it by placing it in front of you, or collect reward tokens to upgrade your inventors, gain victory points and even add knowledge to an invention. The game takes place over three ages and the team with the most victory points at the end wins.

You will probably enjoy Legendary Inventors if you like board games where you have to choose carefully when and where to invest your efforts, if you are curious about the history of science and technology, or if you want a 30 to 40 minute game for 2 to 5 players with competition on every turn.

Did you know? In the game, Albert Einstein starts with a skill of four in physics, while Johannes Gutenberg starts with a skill of two in mechanics. Each inventor has their own strengths, and it is up to you to send them where they will be most useful.
