Put on the cloak of the Fellowship and set off on Middle-earth's most legendary journey. The Lord of the Rings: Adventure to Mount Doom (French version) is a cooperative board game that drops you into Frodo's perilous quest to destroy the One Ring in the fires of Mount Doom. Around the table, no one plays against anyone else: you all form a single team, united by one shared goal.

Frodo never travels alone. His loyal companions escort him through many iconic locations pulled straight from the novels, from Rivendell all the way to the gates of Mordor. Your job is to guide this fellowship, to move each figure with care and to make sure the Ring-bearer falls neither into despair nor into the enemy's grasp.

The heart of the game rests on a clever and highly accessible dice mechanic. The colored dice decide which figure may move, and the value rolled sets how many spaces it travels. By choosing your dice before and after the roll, you make choices that look simple but carry real weight. The black dice, however, must always be rolled: they trigger threats, spark encounters with foes or sometimes friends, and keep the tension alive from start to finish. The Encounter cards add a constant and growing danger, because every turn brings you as close to victory as to peril. When Frodo finally reaches Mount Doom, the whole table wins together.

The game is designed by author Michael Rieneck, a designer well known for his narrative and cooperative titles. The immersive artwork, which brings Middle-earth to life, is the work of illustrator Alexander Karcz.
