"Hang on Mom, I'm coming!" shouts Toto the black cat, dashing toward the lopsided tower looming ahead of him. He was told his mother left the world of the living to become a star in the sky, and Toto is determined to climb up to her, no matter the risk.

In Cat and the Tower (FR), you and your friends work together to build an ever-taller tower, floor by floor, juggling mismatched walls and moving the Feline Friends around to keep everything standing. A single drawn card can help you out just as easily as it can saddle you with an oversized wall that threatens to send the whole tower crashing down if you are not careful.

Each turn, choose between raising a new floor or attempting a dexterity challenge that will help Toto climb a little closer to his goal. The Feline Friends come along for the ride too: placed well, they help rebalance the tower, but placed poorly, they get in the way of new walls. When Toto sees his friends reach the floor above him, it gives him the courage to keep climbing higher and higher.

Build the tower, place the Feline Friends, and help Toto reach his goal to win together!

Released in 2024, this Japanese balancing game quickly won over the world: it has been translated and published by roughly a dozen publishers across multiple continents, a clear sign of its international success. Its three-dimensional balancing mechanic, paired with a genuine solo mode, makes it a popular pick for building kids' fine motor skills while they play.

The game is designed by Masakazu Takizawa, with gentle illustrations by Namiki that bring Toto and his band of Feline Friends to life.
