In Floristry, you and your rival florist compete in ten rounds of Dutch auctions, using a smartphone web app that counts down from 15 seconds while the price drops every three seconds. The fastest tap wins the auction and chooses three flower tiles from the Market. The other player gets the remaining tile for free.

Then comes the placement phase: tiles must touch by at least one full edge, and previously placed tiles cannot be moved, as clearly shown in the official rule visuals (page 2) . After ten rounds, players score Charm based on the size of their largest patch of each flower type, using the scoring chart displayed on the easel in the rulebook (page 2) . Remaining money also awards points.

Floristry is perfect for you if you enjoy clever 2-player games with fast decisions, tense timing and streamlined but meaningful strategy. Fans of Patchwork, Azul, Splendor, domino-style patterns or real-time mechanisms will feel right at home.

Floristry is the first 2-player board game built entirely around Dutch auctions, offering a unique blend of timing, intuition and puzzle-like tile placement. Designed by David Gordon and TAM, the game features vibrant illustrations by Mari Tan, showcased throughout the rulebook (page 1) .
