Dragonquest - A fantasy dice game (pré-joué) (ML)

The games in the L'As des jeux Bazar are pre-played games. They have been inspected by one of our game experts and are certified "Complete." You may find some minor imperfections, such as light wear on the box or on certain game components.

The heavy dungeon doors creak open before you: torch in one hand, sword in the other, you have only a few hours before sunset to explore the dark corridors, dodge deadly traps, face the monsters lurking in the shadows and reach the treasure chamber buried deep within the dungeon. In Dragonquest, every roll of the dice draws your path on your adventure sheet: you move square by square, open doors, battle skeletons and giant spiders, and collect useful items and precious loot in a true treasure hunt against the clock. It's a dice game playable solo or with up to four players simultaneously, each charting their own adventure on their own paper sheet, in the purest roll and write tradition.

You'll probably love Dragonquest if you're into fast, no-nonsense dungeon crawls, if you enjoy the rush of adrenaline with every roll of the dice, and if you're looking for a party game that plays solo, with two, three or four people without anyone ever waiting their turn. Easy to learn in just a few minutes, Dragonquest works just as well for a game night with friends as for a quick family round, and its simultaneous play makes it a great pick for groups who hate sitting around waiting between turns.

Fun fact: Dragonquest is actually a roll-and-write reinterpretation of the classic Swedish board game Drakborgen (DungeonQuest), designed by the very same designer behind the original. The same spirit of unpredictable danger and racing against time has been kept intact, but translated onto paper and dice for an experience just as tense in a fraction of the setup time.

The game is designed by Dan Glimne, a Swedish designer best known for the original Drakborgen, with artwork by illustrator Chen Chang Wei.
