Goldschlager Dice - 7D Set

Gunther the dwarf distilled, in his distillery on Windy Pass, the most expensive liqueur in the kingdom. Not because it was good. It tasted like cinnamon, anger and a little like feet. But he put real gold leaf in it. “For prestige,” he said.

Nobles bought it by the case. Nobody drank it. They kept it in display cabinets to show they could afford a drink that tastes like feet.

(The Dungeon Master, checking their notes: You taste the liqueur. Roll Constitution. Success: you keep a polite face. Failure: your face tells the truth.)

One day, a king ordered a thousand bottles for his daughter’s wedding. Gunther worked day and night. He put so much gold in the last batch that the liqueur got heavier than the still. The still gave way. A thousand bottles’ worth of grey and gold liqueur spread across the distillery floor.

Gunther cried. Then he noticed the puddle wasn’t moving anymore. The gold had set everything solid. The next day, he broke up the floor with a hammer and found, among the shards, seven smoky grey dice full of gold leaf, with midnight-blue numbers.

(The Dungeon Master, writing it down in their notebook: The king received seven dice instead of a thousand bottles. The guests agreed it was the best wedding gift in history. They didn’t have to drink the liqueur.)

The Goldschlager dice were born. Shiny, elegant and full of gold (almost), they’re perfect for dwarves, collector dragons and anyone who loves shiny things. Good news: these don’t taste like feet.

With their translucent grey resin filled with gold leaf and blue numbers, these polyhedral dice are perfect for your Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder or any roleplaying game (RPG). A dice set worth its weight in gold… almost.
