Ticket to Ride: Map #2 - India (ML)
- Low stock - 2 items left
Ticket to Ride: Map #2 - India expands the Ticket to Ride universe with a double-sided game board offering two completely different railway adventures. Travel across the vibrant landscapes of British India in 1911 or navigate the breathtaking mountains and valleys of Switzerland in a map specially designed for smaller player counts.
The India map introduces the unique Mandala bonus, rewarding players who connect the same destination with two separate routes. Careful planning and efficient network building can earn valuable bonus points beyond standard tickets and route scoring. On the reverse side, the Switzerland map offers a more tactical experience for two or three players, featuring destination tickets that connect cities with neighbouring countries and special tunnel rules where Locomotives may only be used to build tunnels. Together, the two maps provide fresh challenges while preserving the elegant gameplay that made Ticket to Ride a worldwide favourite.
You will enjoy Ticket to Ride: Map #2 - India if you are looking to add greater variety and replayability to your Ticket to Ride collection. India's rewarding route optimization contrasts beautifully with Switzerland's tighter, more tactical gameplay, making this expansion an excellent choice for both casual and experienced players.
This second Map Collection quickly became one of the most popular entries in the series thanks to the distinct personality of its two maps. It was nominated for the 2012 Golden Geek Award for Best Board Game Expansion.
Designed by Alan R. Moon, with the India map created by Ian Vincent, and illustrated by Cyrille Daujean and Julien Delval, this expansion continues the high production quality and timeless appeal of the Ticket to Ride series.
This is an expansion. A copy of Ticket to Ride or Ticket to Ride: Europe is required to play, along with the train cars, Train Cards and score markers from the base game.
