Caffeine rush (pré-joué) (EN)

The games in the L'As des jeux Bazar are pre-played games. They have been inspected by one of our game experts and are certified "Complete." You may find some minor imperfections, such as light wear on the box or on certain game components.

Orders are flying in, the counter is packed and every barista shares the same workspace. In Caffeine Rush, a coffee-themed card game, each player flips their ingredient cards as fast as possible to prepare the drinks on order. As soon as a drink is served, a new order is drawn and shouted out! Be careful: if someone else finishes your order first, they pocket the tips. Special cards, like the Supervisor card that forces everyone else to stop and clean their prep area or the Latte Art card that doubles the points of an order, add twists to this hilarious real-time race.

Caffeine Rush is for you if you want a quick, funny reflex game that is easy to teach, perfect as a party game before a bigger game or to kick off the evening. Games are short, the tension builds fast and laughs are guaranteed around the table.

This game was designed by Daryl Andrews and Stephen Sauer, who also did the artwork. The order cards carry funny guest names, like Gandalf, Yoda or Forrest, for humour that carries through every game.
