Already hooked on the quirky card duel of A Wild Venture? The Byways theme deck sends you down the back lanes: vennels, wee stony paths and detours that lead to happy surprises, then home in time for dinner. With any luck, you will find better loot than your rival.

This expansion adds 24 new cards, each with unique art and abilities, that shuffle into the base deck to refresh your games. The Byways cards let you go on small adventures, with effects that build up your starters and let you use them over and over. A great theme deck to vary your strategies and take on new challenges in this two-player strategy card game.

You will enjoy Byways if you already love A Wild Venture and want to explore new combinations, reusable effects and an adventurous stroll full of personality.

Interesting fact: Byways is one of the theme decks that combine with the base deck to create fresh experiences.

A Wild Venture was designed by Iain Everett and illustrated by Pennie Jo Everett, who also created the unique art of each card in this expansion.

What you need to play: the A Wild Venture base game, sold separately. This expansion cannot be played on its own.
