A Feast for Odin (FR) - The Norwegians pushes your Viking clan even further into the epic saga created by Uwe Rosenberg. This first major expansion for the acclaimed worker-placement game adds a mountain of new content: a completely reworked modular action board, new lands to explore, and a host of new ways to earn glory and wealth for your people.

At the heart of the expansion are three double-sided action boards that replace the one from the base game. Depending on the number of players at the table, you choose the combination that fits, opening up brand new action paths: butchering, elk-hunting, fishing, and even a bit of thievery from your neighbor. A fifth action column for a single viking allows quick, efficient moves, such as forging a grey tile with a single resource or attempting a small emigration by whaling boat for just 7 victory points.

The journey also takes you to new lands to explore: the Isle of Man, the Isle of Skye, Islay, and the Outer Hebrides on one side, and Irish coastal settlements on the other, where Norwegians once came to spend the winter and to trade. The four exploration boards from the base game also return in an updated version, with new symbols and adjusted values.

Each player also receives a double-sided artisan shed, a brand new starting building that personalizes every game from the very first turn, much like occupation cards already did. New puzzle-tiles such as the horse, the pig, or leather add depth to an animal strategy, while victory point tokens offer a whole new way to cash in an occupation card you would rather set aside.
