In February 1678, the legendary privateer Henry Morgan became Governor of Jamaica. Thirty years later, to celebrate the anniversary of his appointment, he organizes the Great Challenge: a daring race around the island where the richest crew will be declared the winner. In Jamaica, players captain their own ships and sail around the island while carefully managing food supplies, gunpowder, and precious gold.

Each round, players secretly choose one card from their hand and try to make the best use of the dice rolled by the current captain. The decisions are easy to understand but always meaningful. Should you race toward the finish line, stop to gather treasure, or stockpile resources for the battles ahead? Whenever ships meet on the same space, combat erupts and the winner can steal goods, treasure, or gold from the defeated rival.

One of the most distinctive aspects of this pirate game is that finishing first does not automatically guarantee victory. Players earn additional points through treasure hunting, successful raids, and gold collection throughout the race. Balancing speed with wealth accumulation is the true key to success.
