Marvel Champions LCG: Fear No Evil - Expansion (EN)

A crime wave surges through New York City, and it's ordinary citizens who get hurt the most. Fear No Evil is the ninth campaign expansion for Marvel Champions: The Card Game, the cooperative card game that drops players into the Marvel Universe. Behind this new wave of organized crime lurks a ruthless kingpin, and it will take more than costumed heroes to stop it: it will take a team of Defenders who refuse to back down.

This expansion adds two long-awaited playable heroes for comic fans: Echo and the legendary Daredevil, each shipping with a pre-built deck that's ready to play right out of the box. Standing against them is Kingpin, backed by five of his worst underlings: Bullseye, Electro, Hammerhead, Purple Man, and Typhoid Mary. Six brand-new scenarios make up this new campaign, one more than the five usually found in a Marvel Champions campaign box, and five of them can be mixed and matched with different villains, delivering replayability that changes every time you play. Each mission can be played on its own or strung together into a full campaign, where the tension keeps climbing all the way to the final showdown against the crime lord himself.

Fear No Evil is for you if you're already a fan of Marvel Champions and you crave comic-flavored campaigns, solo or with up to four players around the table. Daredevil fans and anyone drawn to the darker side of the Defenders will find plenty to love here, along with players who enjoy customizing hero decks and facing a different villain in every scenario.

Fun fact: Daredevil had been one of the community's most requested heroes for years, and Fear No Evil finally brings him into Marvel Champions as a playable character. The expansion also stands out by offering six scenarios instead of the usual five for a campaign box, and it's already paying off: early players have rated it above 8.7 out of 10 on BoardGameGeek.
