Welcome to Iridescia, a whimsical world abandoned for centuries after a cataclysmic event forced its people to flee to the skies. Today the land is safe again, and the clans are returning to reclaim their heritage. In Gems of Iridescia, you lead one of four explorer clans determined to scour every corner of the territory, mine precious gems, restore ancient relics, and find the legendary Iridia Stone to claim the throne.

This worker placement game has you exploring Iridescia hex by hex: each tile you flip reveals a hidden gem, which you then try to mine by rolling dice. Every gem color is tied to a specific die value, and several tools let you manipulate your rolls to maximize your haul. The gems you collect fill your cargo hold and become the currency you need to visit Rumi the Travelling Merchant for useful tools, or to restore ancient relics that award big Royalty Points. Between risk management, set collection, and secret objectives, every game offers a different path to the throne.
