Something is hiding in the city streets. Strange traces appear, witnesses vanish, and rumours spread about an elusive creature moving from district to district. In Cryptide - Urban Legends (FR), one player becomes the cryptid trying to erase all evidence of its existence, while the other takes the role of a determined scientist attempting to track it down before it escapes forever.

This deduction board game delivers constant tension through asymmetric gameplay where every move can reveal critical information or set the perfect trap. The cryptid player sneaks between city districts while avoiding advanced detectors placed by the scientist. Meanwhile, the scientist gathers clues, studies suspicious movements, and narrows down possibilities in an effort to corner the creature. Every action becomes part of a psychological duel built around logic, prediction, and deception.
