Next Station Paris (ML)

All aboard for Paris! In Next Station Paris, you become the newest architect of the City of Light's metro network. Each round, a station card gets revealed, and it is up to you to extend your line with pencil in hand across your personal map, linking that new point to your growing network while using overhead crossings to leap over your own tracks and carve out clever shortcuts. Connect the French capital's most iconic landmarks - the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre-Dame - and make the most of the central platform, the busiest hub on the network, to rack up points. This flip and write game blends the simple joy of drawing on a sheet with the depth of a true optimization puzzle, delivering fast, endlessly replayable sessions thanks to dozens of possible card combinations.
Next Station Paris is for you if you love games that play just as well solo as in a group, with no downtime between turns since everyone draws at the same time. Whether you are into light puzzles, travel-friendly games that slip easily into a bag, or simply curious about the line-drawing game that has already won over thousands of players with its London and Tokyo editions, you will find an experience that is accessible from age 8 while keeping enough depth to satisfy regulars.
The third entry in the popular Next Station series after London and Tokyo, this Paris edition enjoys a warm welcome on BoardGameGeek, where over 1,800 players have given it an average rating of 7.3 out of 10. The very first title in the series, Next Station London, was actually a finalist for Germany's prestigious Spiel des Jahres award in 2023, a great calling card for the whole line. Fun fact: the game released the same year as the Paris Summer Olympics, a fitting nod to its theme built around the French capital's transit network.
The game was designed by Matthew Dunstan, a regular in the line-drawing and deduction space who also created Next Station London and Next Station Tokyo, while the colorful illustrations and city maps come from Maxime Morin.
