Welcome to the Dungeon—first released as Dungeon of Mandom—is a push-your-luck game in which 2 to 4 players take turns essentially challenging each other to enter a dungeon with less equipment than they started with while filling the dungeon with monsters. Players can win the game by winning 2 rounds or be eliminated from the game by losing 2 rounds. Each player has a double-sided player card that has a white side and a red side. The first victory affects the player's card, and the first loss flips the card to the red side. A second loss forces the player to return the card to the box. The game is played in rounds. The player sets up the base character and all equipped equipment. This represents each player as a fully equipped dungeon delver.
