Las Vegas Classic (pré-joué) (ML)

The games in the L'As des jeux Bazar are pre-played games. They have been inspected by one of our game experts and are certified "Complete." You may find some minor imperfections, such as light wear on the box or on certain game components.

Las Vegas drops you straight onto the Strip, where the dice decide everything. In this high-energy dice game designed by Rudiger Dorn, six casinos are up for grabs, but only one player walks away with the biggest payout each round. Roll your eight colored dice and place them strategically on the casinos based on their value, from 1 to 6. The catch: you must place ALL the dice of one value on a single casino on your turn, forcing gut-wrenching choices between locking down a profitable casino or risking the majority to a bolder opponent. At the end of each round, whoever controls the most dice on a casino grabs the jackpot, and in case of a tie, the highest-value bill goes to the best-placed player not involved in the tie. Easy to learn and quick to play, Las Vegas flies by in four electrifying rounds where bluffing and reading your opponents' next move make all the difference.

Las Vegas is for you if you are looking for a party game that gets everyone around the table in about 20 minutes flat, with no endless rulebook to wade through, where every roll of the dice can flip the game on its head. You will easily pull in the whole family or your crew of friends, no matter their experience with board games: the rules take just a few minutes to explain, but the tactical decisions keep everyone hooked until the very last die. If you like to bet it all on a bold move instead of playing it safe, this dice game classic is likely to become a staple of your game nights.

Since its release, Las Vegas has carved out a spot among the most popular dice games in the world, with over 12,000 ratings on BoardGameGeek and an average score topping 7 out of 10. The game was even nominated for the prestigious Spiel des Jahres in 2012, the German equivalent of Game of the Year, an honor reserved for titles that manage to appeal to families and seasoned gamers alike.

Behind this classic stands Rudiger Dorn, a German designer known for turning simple mechanics into memorable experiences. His other credits include Istanbul, winner of the 2014 Kennerspiel des Jahres, as well as Jambo and The Builders of Arkadia, both also nominated for the Spiel des Jahres. With Las Vegas, he proves a dice game does not need to be complicated to be ruthlessly effective.
