Alice (ML)

Step into the world of Alice with this competitive flip-and-write game where each player explores a mirrored labyrinth on their own sheet. Each turn, a Shape card is revealed and everyone draws that shape on their sheet, following simple but tactical placement rules. Some spaces trigger bonuses: enlarge or shrink a shape, score points or activate effects. The twist: the sheet is double-sided, and you flip it midway through the game as you cross a mirror! A system of colored zones and icons to optimize adds depth to your choices, and cross-scoring between elements keeps every game lively and smooth. The team mode rounds out the experience: duos play together.

You will probably enjoy Alice if you like drawing shapes, optimizing your placements and chaining bonuses in a competitive game that plays in about 30 minutes, for 2 to 6 players, ages 10 and up.

The game is inspired by the novel Through the Looking-Glass, and its flipped-sheet twist brings that idea to life in a very concrete way: you literally cross to the other side.

Alice was designed by Ludovic Maublanc and Christine Alcouffe, who also created the illustrations.
