Beware of the stories that send shivers down your spine around the campfire! Défis Nature - Légendes terrifiantes (FR) is an educational card game where every card shows a legendary creature with four characteristics: cunning, size, wisdom and power. Each round, the starting player picks a characteristic on the top card of their pile, then everyone else reveals their value. The highest value wins the opponents' cards, and the first player to collect every card wins the game. Watch out: older legends can turn the tide of a duel! A random shiny "Légendes" card, tucked into the box, reveals a legend and triggers a special action during the round.

Défis Nature - Légendes terrifiantes (FR) is for you if you love tales and legends that give goosebumps, quick games of about 20 minutes and card duels where every choice of characteristic counts. It suits players aged 7 and up, 2 to 6 players. Each card also holds educational text about its legend, so you learn while having fun.

Fun fact: there are 27 different shiny "Légendes" cards to collect, and the publisher warns that some legends illustrated and told in this game may upset younger players. The game is eco-designed: plant-based inks, sealed with a sticker rather than plastic wrap, and made in France.

The illustrations in this box are by Liberum Donum.
