Le casse-phrase is designed to help children ages 2.5 to 4 years old make complete sentences, which include a subject, verb and complement. It also allows children aged 4 to 6 and over to become aware of the different constituents of a sentence. The presentation in the form of puzzles gives them a visual support and helps them to consider all the “pieces”.
Placote is a graduated collection of games aimed at stimulating language in children under 6 years old. It was entirely designed in Quebec by specialists – speech therapists, remedial teachers and teachers – and takes into account the most recent scientific data on language development in children.
