Cats, dogs, chinchillas, Birman cats... Défis Nature Junior - Fidèles compagnons (FR) invites little ones to discover the most lovable companion animals. Every card reveals a photo of an animal along with its top speed and maximum lifespan, plus a short educational blurb about the species. To compare the numbers without any mix-ups, young players line their cards up along a graduated gauge with two levels: one side scaled from 0 to 30 for a gentle start, the other from 0 to 110 for seasoned players. Each round, whoever holds the strongest stat wins the cards on the table, and the player with the most cards at the end takes the win. An expert variant adds a twist: the threat level of a species, shown as a colored dot, can flip the round and force a change of characteristic. A solo rule even lets you play alone, trying to guess which of five flipped-over animals runs the fastest or lives the longest.

Made in France in eco-designed workshops, the boxes are sealed with a sticker instead of plastic wrap.
