Underwater Cities - ext. Data Era (FR) ushers in a technological revolution beneath the sea. This expansion introduces data discs, a versatile new resource that reshapes how you develop your underwater network.

In this expert expansion, data discs can be used whole or split into halves. They allow you to build data centers, construct blue-domed data cities, or purchase one additional action during your turn. This added flexibility significantly enhances strategic planning.

Data centers produce during the production phase just like other structures. Each connected data center grants 1 data disc, while each upgraded data center grants 1 data disc and 1 credit. Blue data cities require kelp, steelplast, a credit, and a data disc to build, but they unlock powerful scoring potential and new engine-building paths.

Data Era also includes 48 new cards across the three eras, 3 new Government Contracts, 4 new Personal Assistants, 7 new Metropolises, main board cover tiles, and upgraded structure components. These additions deepen the network-building and hand management that define Underwater Cities, expanding this acclaimed worker placement board game.

This is an expansion. A copy of the Underwater Cities base game is required to play. Compatible with the New Discoveries expansion.
